Yuzu Syrup

This refreshing syrup brings a burst of fresh citrus to your favorite soda water and liquors alike. Add a splash to just about any cocktail, whether you're working with vodka, gin, bourbon, or tequila. Or, for a non-alcoholic concoction, an ounce in sparkling water will add some sunshine to your afternoon beverage. Our favorite way to drink this syrup is in hot toddies or hot tea - the perfect way to battle cold season! Yuzu is an incredibly diverse and delicious citrus from Southeast Asia from the same family as lemon and grapefruit.

Recipes & Uses
Use to flavor cocktails as you would a simple syrup, or flavoring syrup such as grenadine. Pairs with vodka, gin, tequila, bourbon or dry sparkling wine. 

For sodas, this syrup is typically mixed in a ratio of 1:6 or 1:7 with chilled, sparkling water. This creates a traditional-strength soda in terms of flavor and sweetness.
